Is aloe vera gel a good alternative to using moisturizing lotions?
I am wondering if I should use aloe vera gel instead of all these moisturizing lotions...is aloe vera gel healthier for your skin?
It depends on your skin. Aloe Vera is good for sunburn soothing but it doesn't really moisturize that well. It mostly helps condition your skin. If you don't have dry skin, use it, but if you have dryness stick with the lotion.
