Do tanning bed lotions expire?
I've had a tanning lotion i used a while back for the tanning beds and still have half the bottle. Would it still work as well if i used the same one now about 3 yrs later? I don't want it to give me a rash or anything either. the lotion looks the same as when i bought it and it smells the same too... Its Designer SKin brand, "Bi Polar" one...
it wont give you a rash, the worst that could happen will be that it just doesnt work as well as it used to. some brands, such as swedish beauty, get watery as they age. they dont go on as thickly, so therefore they dont work as well. as far as designer skin goes...ive never tried bipolar but i did use vertitas and it was a very thick lotion. like i said the worst that could happen is that it wont get you the best results, but at the same time, it is best to have some sort of moisterizer whether it be bronzer or not, when you go into the tanning bed. i would reccomend using old lotion over no lotion anyday.
