How To Make Your Eye Cream At Home
It is often irritating and embarrassing to find dark circles or wrinkles beneath your eyes. Don´t you wish to get rid of them?
Of course, there are many creams and ointments available in the market that help you fight them in the long run, but this will also leave you with big holes in pocket. So, why not look for something economical, yet effective?
The most efficient remedies come from the nature, not a chemistry lab. There are several homemade remedies that can relieve you from loose skin, wrinkles and dark spots beneath your eyes. In fact, you can make several recipes at home.
Avocado Cream
To make this cream, you must mix 3 slices of avocado with 5 drops of almond oil. Keep the cream in your face for 5 minutes and wash it off with warm water.
Potato-Applesauce cream
a) You must mix together unsweetened apple sauce and a few sweet potatoes in a mixer. The cream must then be applied around the eye with a warm cloth and must be left for 5 minutes. After that, you can rinse it off your face.
b) Melting lanolin oil with water in low heat and then adding almond oil to it gives you another homemade eye cream. To this, you must add powdered lecithin. This cream works as a remedy for the dark circles under the eyes.
c) Another cream is obtained when you mix tomato puree, lemon juice, turmeric powder and orange lentil oil. The paste obtained must be mixed with water. Apply the cream obtained on your face and leave it for about 5 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
d) Green and leafy vegetables are not only good for your internal system, but also for your external skin too. When you place cucumber on your eyes, they give a relaxed and cooling sensation to the eyes.
e) When you apply cold tea bags under your eyes, the discoloration as well as the puffiness under your eyes reduces. This is due to the presence of caffeine and tannin in the tea bags. The tannin content contains essential amino acids that help too fight off wrinkles under the skin.
The above mentioned home remedies help to fight off dark circles alone. There are some other natural remedies that fight off wrinkles too.
Honey
Honey in its natural form helps to fight off wrinkles. You must then spread honey over your face and leave it one for about 25-30 minutes. You must then wash it off with warm water and apply ice cubes over the applied area. You must make sure you wash your face with warm water before applying honey on your face. This allows your pores to open up.
Banana
Bananas are also known to possess wrinkle healing properties. You must slice the banana into pieces and make a sort of paste out of it. Then, apply the paste over your face and keep it for about 30 minutes. Then, use warm water to wash your face and pat it dry later.
