The West is more secular than the East?
I'm not talking about the Middle East, forget this place, that the aberration of humanity, I mean to the east, you know, the Asian countries. You may be tempted to jump to the conclusion that Communist China and the Buddhist religion essentially passive in many Asian countries mean that the East is much more secular than the west, but we see that the superstition, drugs depends on faith-based plants, beliefs about eating strange things, such as rhino horn and tiger penis, etc. This kind of rigidity is not really what I would call secular. And many of these things will in many Asian countries including China. So, does that sort of thing charges against secularism in general in the East?
Does not really matter if people are religious and superstitious beliefs. What is a secular belief is to stay away from politics. It also depends on the definition of the West because Europe is in general very secular policy, while the U.S. (Unfortunately) not.
