global economic downturn has left many families feeling a pinch in their wallets. If yours is the same some would see the acquisition of three meals a day can be a burden. Meals can be scraped with everything you have lying around the house and does not necessarily mean you have to sacrifice taste! We have some ideas of recipes that can be used for when you are sick to face, and most of the necessary elements and are available in the kitchen (or very very cheap to buy).
The idea of saving our first meal is pancakes. Yes, pancakes are traditionally a food breakfast, but the ingredients are usually simple and practical. Moreover, the sweetness of this food, you feel like there's a treatment rather than a penny food economy.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 1 / 2 c. tea. yeast
3 c. soup. sugar (regular)
1 / 2 cup tea. salt
2 eggs
1 3 / 4 cup milk

If you have not made crepes before, very simple. First mix the ingredients dry in a bowl, wet ingredients in another, and then combine them.
