I stand out, I'm not sure if i like it or not. Should i change to fit in?
I live in quite a posh area and everyone wears juicy couture tracksuits, quilted handbags, too much fake tan lip gloss or foundation and have sickenigly big, expensive houses. My family arent poor, but we seem it when measured up against these girls. I have an okay house and 2 sisters and a brother. All three are at university or college. We also own 2 other houses that we rent out. We have the money its just tied up in other things. I then shop at cheap vintage stores and primark and have no designer things. I wear tea dresses and my mums old cardigans with a cute granny-style handbag and year-old $10 trainers. I have recieved quite a large amount of birthday money recently, enough to change myself into something like the other girls.
Should i do it?

No, don't! Being yourself is the best thing you can do. You shouldn't change your whole look just to fit in with other people. That's just changing who you are. Be yourself! If you're REALLY tempted, maybe you can get a Juicy sweater or a designer bag, but definitely, DO NOT change your whole look just to fit in!
Your birthday money: there are soooo many things you can buy that's worth your money. Don't spend your money for being something your not. Be original and unique and be yourself!
