Weight loss and insulin resistance
If you read a lot about me, you know I am the mind of prevention, and understand that the resistance to insulin may be an underlying factor in a series of health problems. My goal for everyone reading this is to feel energetic, happy, attractive, passionate, enthusiastic and time to live, instead of feeling tired, irritable, and hormonal imbalance.

Our demand for fuel varies all the time, but the level of blood sugar the brain must remain stable. Energy for the cells they need without having to change the level of sugar in the blood of the brain is an essential function of insulin is responsible for this function.
