Does this sound like a good makeup routine? How can I change it up?
I'm 14, nearly 15 and in 9th grade. I have pretty big goldy-brown eyes, NC 15-20 skin, and pigmented pink lips.
Every day I wear:
- a little concealer under eyes
- a little bit of sheer powder to set concealer and on t-zone
- white eyeliner on waterline and to highlight inner corners
- wash of matte light gold eyeshadow over lid and pearly white-gold under browbone
- 1 coat of black mascara
- tinted lip balm
On special occasions, I sometimes wear black or purple gel eyeliner in a thin line on the top (small flick at the end), a little peachy blush, or brown/pink/gold eyeshadow.
Does this all sound fine for my age? It all looks very natural, but I don't want to lose track of it and end up wearing way too much.
Oh yeah, and how can I change up my makeup routine to add a bit of colour without looking like a clown??
And the white eyeliner is only on the waterline to brighten up my face and make my eyes look bigger. I would NEVER wear it on the top!!
I think if you got an eyeshadow palette with all neutral colors, but a lot of them, you'd be able to create a ton of beautiful looks with out going over board... My recommendation is one of these palettes:

There are a ton of awesome tutorials on youtube featuring both of these palettes; you'll be able to find ones that suit your personal style and create your own- and maybe share them with others.
Sounds like you have the right idea for the facial makeup, and I think white eyeliner on the waterline looks great, makes your eyes look large and doll like.
