How to replace power cord on a vacuum cleaner???
I don't know how to fix things but there isn't any place around here offering any kind of service. Right now, my weed eater won't start, my carpet cleaner won't spray and the worst, one prong on the plug of my vacuum cleaner broke off. How do I replace the power cord? It's a retracting cord, so I cannot even see where it attaches to the body of the machine. HELP???
they make a screw on adaptor that you cut the original plug off and attach the other to the wires ... they are cheap ... lowes or home depot ... even an ace ... or any hardware store can assist you ...

the spray on the floor cleaner can be cleaned with some CLR or maybe even some bleach ... try it OUTSIDE ...
